Wang Rong, the acting mayor of Shenzen was opening the 2nd knowledge summit in the Wouzhou Guest House.

  • Goal of the Most Admired Knowledge City (MAKCi) Award is to promote knowledge based development throughout all cities in the world.
  • MAKCi Award Principles derived from the Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise Award (MAKE), which uses an adapted Delphi Methodology with three rounds of expert consultation.
  • MAKCi = MAKE + Generic Capitals System (GCS).
  • Eight Capital Criteria: Identity, Intelligence, Financial, Relational, Human Individual, Human Collective and Instrumental Capital.
  • MAKCi Governance: Executive Commitee, International Advisory Board, Panel of Expert (renewed and confirmed by direct invitation only on an annual basis), MAKCi Consultation Facilitator, Technical Secretary.
